This album was meant as a continuation of my previous album, containing song sequels like Battle03. The music in this album has a faster tempo and it's the first album where I started using advanced automation, like changing the volume of the Calf Multichorus effect in Obviously the best one.

The cover and name do have an intended meaning; a "Polyphasic Uberman" is a well-known polyphasic sleep schedule where an individual sleeps in 20-minute intervals, 6 times a day. this is why the album cover has 6 spokes, these represent the 6 periods of sleep available.
