This album was made after watching one-too-many World War II documentaries. The name is obviously in German, and so are some of the song titles. However, there is basically no German musical influence in the album whatsoever. Down in the Volkshalle is actually a cover of the rather obscure Wii U Homebrew theme. The song Redsleeves is a cover of greensleves, which was inspired by an ice cream truck that used to roam the roads of my old home in the UAE. It used to drive around the empty streets during the COVID pandemic, which explains the reverb plugin I use in the song.

The cover is just an image I took of a chair in my room, but traced in Krita. Once again, the image inspired the title of the album, which just means "one chair" in German.
